Please note that our clinic is located at the Annexe Block of Gleneagles Hospital, and not at the Medical Centre.

Here’s how to get to our clinic:

If you are arriving via the main entrance of Gleneagles Hospital

  • When you enter the main lobby, turn left and walk down the corridor all the way
  • As you approach the end of the corridor, we will be located to your right, opposite Parkway Health Executive Screeners

If you are arriving via A&E

  • Take the lift next to A&E to Level 2
  • Exit on the side of Harley Street Vascular Centre, then turn right
  • Walk down the corridor and we will be located to your left, opposite Parkway Health Executive Screeners

Need Emergency Eye Care?

We are here to help with urgent eye conditions. Please find the relevant instructions below based on whether you require care during or outside our clinic operating hours.

During Clinic Operating Hours

  • Walk in to our clinic without an appointment.
  • Patients with urgent conditions will be attended to as soon as possible.
  • Waiting times may vary depending on the number and urgency of patients being seen.

Outside Clinic Operating Hours

  • Call the Gleneagles Hospital Urgent Care Centre (UCC) at +65 6470 5688.
  • Inform the UCC that you are a patient of Lumin Eye Specialists, Dr Don Pek, or Dr Clarissa Cheng.
  • The UCC team will coordinate with our specialists to arrange an emergency appointment where appropriate.
